Rotimi Amaechi weighs in on the issue of who built the Abuja-Kaduna rail line

The Minister of transportation weighs in on the railway completion which as brought about alot of questions amongst Nigeria who considered it to have been completed by Ex President of Nigeria Goodluck Jonathan. The Minister clearly stated  the way the railway project was executed, Saying ex president Obasanjo was the awardee of the contract and President Jonathan only partially executed it while President Buhari succeeded in its completion.
